Remote Support

Our Remote Monitoring and Mangement (RMM) suite includes remote support.  We also offer on demand Remote Support using Team Viewer to all of our clients. Team Viewer is an encrypted connection keeping your data safe, and you are always in control and can end the session at any time.

 

If you are not a Monthly Managed Customer, please call to check availability or to schedule a remote session.  Once scheduled, we will have you use the Team Viewer to start the session. This will require you to install the application before the remote session can be established.

 

Do you have TeamViewer already installed?  Just provide the Partner ID & Password displayed in the application so we can connect.

 

We support multiple platforms at this time:

PC's: Vista, Windows 7 & Windows 8 & 8.1 (not RT) & Windows 10

MAC's: OS X 10.5 or higher
